They sent out an electrician the next day to do the EICR inspection and I received the report within 48 hours. In time for the tenant to move in as the previous certificate had expired. Eco Tech worked so swiftly and their workmanship was absolutely immaculate! The engineer came to my flat on Sunday, installed an interlinked D1 LD2 alarm system for me and an emergency light and did a PAT test and a fire extinguisher inspection and within hours my FRA report was written up with all the compliance certificates attached for sn HMO. I felt so relieved and happy to be compliant and Ive honestly never experienced such prompt and professional service ever in the UK before! The job was completed neatly and tidily, even though the working space was quite restricted. It’s genuinely nice to find a reliable, professional electrician nearby who knows what they’re doing and takes pride in their work. I’m very happy with the service and would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for an electrician experienced with this type of work.

I've tried contacting several electricians and most of them ignored me or the communication was poor. Eco tech was swift to respond and was quick to arrange an EICR appointment. Also their fees were the most reasonable. These guys are efficient. They get you booked in quickly, and give you the certificate within a few hours of the EICR test. They are NICEIC approved and their report was honest. I will use them again in the future!

The service was great and very professional. Engineer came to us and was able to complete the PAT in no time. Booking process was very smooth too and with just 24hr notice we were able to get our PAT certificate ready in time for our next event.
