Non‑Refundable Services
Because our work involves labour, time, travel, and compliance documentation, the following are non‑refundable once delivered:

Diagnostic or fault‑finding visits

Materials purchased specifically for your job
Once a certificate is issued or work has been carried out, refunds cannot be offered.
When a Refund May Be Considered
A partial or full refund may be issued if:

Work has not yet started

Materials have not yet been purchased

You cancel within the agreed cancellation window

A genuine error has occurred on our side (rare, but we stand by our integrity)
Refunds are assessed case‑by‑case and approved at management discretion.
Cancellations:
Domestic Customers
- Cancellations made 24 hours before the appointment may be eligible for a refund (excluding admin fees).
- Cancellations made within 24 hours may incur a call‑out or cancellation charge.
Commercial Clients
- Cancellations must be made 48 hours in advance.
- Late cancellations may incur labour and scheduling fees.
Quality Guarantee
If you believe the work completed is not up to standard:
- We will inspect the issue free of charge
- If the fault is related to our workmanship, we will rectify it at no cost
- If the issue is unrelated (e.g., new faults, third‑party interference, or property conditions), standard charges apply
We do not offer refunds for issues outside our control.
